Welcome to Woodstock, Oxfordshire! This visit was a simple walk around the town, to absorb the beauty of this small village, and then we headed to another Cotswold town.

QUICK FACTS ABOUT WOODSTOCK

  • Woodstock is 8 miles north-west of Oxford

  • Population of 3,100

  • One of the lovely villages that makes up the Cotswolds

  • Close proximity to Baldon (where Churchill is buried)

  • Blenheim Palace is located in Woodstock

This blog post is primarily going to be to inspire people to visit Woodstock as opposed to a travel guide. If you’ve visited Woodstock and have spent some time there, what do you recommend doing or seeing?

These dogs are indeed real! I thought they were stuffed animals at first but then they started moving their gorgeous little heads!
