THE RUBENS HOTEL, TIMMY GREEN, ST. JAMES’S PARK, AND EXPLORING WESTMINSTER | LONDON, UK

Today was our first full day in London.  The jet lag definitely limited our energy but we still managed to see a good amount.

We checked into the Rubens Hotel and were greeted by the most cheerful staff.  Each room is themed with a different color palette of classic British elegance, and not overdone.

We had brunch at a modern and slightly hipster spin on your typical European cafe called Timmy Green.  The food was delicious and their cocktails were unique.

After brunch, we walked around Westminster the St. James’s Park.  Here are pictures from the rest of the day:
