Today I will share the traditional Tuscan pig roast that my family experienced for the second time. My Great Aunt hired two local pig roasters and a chef to cater a party that was attended by many of her Italian neighbors and friends. People from all around the world have found their way to the Tuscan countryside and have befriended my aunt. We are fortunate enough to be included in these events, as they are always full of interesting conversations and great food. Here are the pictures from the night!
