My Must-Have Camera Gear

Whether I’m traveling or working at home, these are the products that make my workflow easy and successful.

LACIE EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE

As a photographer, I take hundreds of pictures every time I go out for a shoot or travel. This fills up storage really quickly so I need a reliable and durable external hard drive. I love the 4TB LaCie because of its size, rugged shell, and storage capabilities!

CANON EF 50MM F/1.4 LENS

This lens is my go-to for portraits, food photography, and any shot where I want strong blur in the foreground or background.

TAMRON SP 24-70MM F/2.8 LENS

This is the lens I use for wide-angel shots, travel photography, and most videography (although I’m hoping to get a vlogging camera soon to make it easier!)

CANON EOS 80D DIGITAL CAMERA BODY

This is my current camera body that I use with both of the lens’ above. I love this camera!

B.P. MINI FAUX LEATHER BACKPACK

I am a no-fuss traveler so I like to have a simple backpack that I can use to hold my camera. I like the style of regular backpacks as opposed to actual camera bags. I usually have my other lens wrapped in a cleaning cloth so it’s protected while it’s in my backpack, and the other is usually on my camera body, out snapping photos! My favorite time to use this bag as my camera backpack is when I’m in cities (like NYC or London) and want something a bit more fashionable.

DJI MAVIC AIR DRONE

I love having the Mavic Air to use for aerial photography/videography when I travel. While the bigger drones take better images, this one does the trick and saves so much space.

Thanks for reading about all my favorite camera products! I hope this was helpful to anyone looking to update their gear.

Cheers,

Katherine
