I had never heard of Stoos until my most recent family trip. But when I tell you I fell in love with it and want to go back immediately, I’m not lyin!
Stoos is a picturesque mountain village perched at 1,300 meters, offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding Swiss Alps. The village is renowned for the hiking in the summer and skiing in the winter. Stoos is a very small town, yet to be heavily developed or commercialized making it a hidden gem.

We stayed at the Stoos Lodge which was amazing - great spacious rooms, views of the surrounding mountains, and a good restaurant in the hotel. It’s also right at the top of the cable car.

The weather was not in our favor for hiking (the main reason I want to go back immediately) but we got to do a quick walk around town.
